I ordered 2 items and the same happened to me....I first received both items damaged and I did not sign for them. The UPS man said for me not to even take the box because it was ripped open and a mess due to the company's poor shipping and handling prep. The company did get the items back, but I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. I called them several times. I contacted my bank and I contacted the FBI. For real. This is an internet crime. Maybe it would help if others did the same. I also have some people in the same area they are in looking into them at both locations. I don't know how they can get away with it. It doesn't seem like it should be that easy. I also contacted NBC LA in reference to doing a story on them. Someone needs to stop these people. If I ever lose my job I guess I can sell the same item on line over and over again and get away with it. I won't let this rest.
