My son ask for a minipocketrocket for Christmas, I order him one from Minipocketrocket, it came fast I opened it a piece was broken off on the back I called was put on hold for over 45 mins. He opened it for Christmas anyway I told him I wiould call the company and get a new piece, well we could never get it started, after 3 days I finally got a hold of someone they are very rude would not shut up long enough for me to tell him what the
problem was, I was told to take photos I did and they would get back to me. I have been waiting for 3 days, no call no e-mail, as I write this I have been on hold for 41 mins. The pocketrocket leaks gas, and the pull cord comes off in your hands, my son has never gotten to ride this bike, Well this company is in for a big shock if they think that I am just going to walk away from 377.00 they are nuts. I say we all should get a lawyer and sue them, I am giving them til Monday 12/31/2011 and then I am hiring a lawyer in CA. Please don't order anything from this company they are the worst company I have ever deal with. I can't believe they are still in business.
