Terrible Customer Service

I ordered 30 shirts with rushed shipping, it has now been 12 business days since. I messaged them, and they sent me a coupon, and i said i want a refund for my order. and i was told by Candice in the claims department that I accepted the coupon so that was it. And i never accepted anything they had just sent me a code, so then I'm given a tracking number last week and it was for the wrong postal service, then I'm told it'll be here by today and then tonight speaking with candice and another woman i was told it hasn't even been shipped yet. don't waste your time on these clowns
