My daughter just had her first move with World Moving. She left a bad marriage and she and her children departed Ohio and moved out to Scottsdale, AZ, near her sister and my wife and me. Eric Courtrier handled the move from the very beginning, understood the situation and eliminated the move as a worry for us. We had a lot of special circumstances and Eric always came through for us. He must of called me everyday to see how things were going and give me the status of the move. He initiated a re-weigh for us and even kept both of my daughters advised. I could not have asked for better service and support. Lastly, I accidentally overpaid the movers in Scottsdale. The movers called me to advise of the error and Eric followed up to ensure I received the difference back. Honestly, I would move with World again. Eric was awesome, however from all the other World employees I spoke with, I get the sense that World is an extremely customer driven company with a "Customer is King" attitude....Sincerely....WJ Deubel
