I'm writing a review for Benjamin Aaronson. He asked that I kindly post something on this website, which is what I'm doing. as promised, this is what I am writing for him:
Ben is actually a fairly nice guy. He is usually very kind on the phone and seems to have a very patient and calm demeanor. Believe me, during the chaos and frustration that moving causes, it is very useful to be able to deal with someone who keeps his cool. He never yelled at me; not even once.
I had a hard time keeping my cool with the other carriers who totally ripped us off... the others were horrible, very miserable, and really gave us a hard time. But, Ben tried to smooth things out and keep us from tearing our hairs out! Thanks! I must say that although I ended up paying a huge fortune because of the scams from the truck drivers, the loading crew, and all the other nonsense; it is definitely worthwhile to have a kind and even tempered broker like Ben. He is the only nice guy on the phone. the rest are like animals! Truly horrible; disrespecful; and really scammed us. Thank you, Ben, for helping us to survive this ordeal. We couldn't have done it without you. By the way, how does such a nice guy survive working for such a wretched company? It seems really ironic. He deserves a promotion, though, for his calmness. In general, I certainly recommend going with any other company but this one, BUT, I am glad that our broker helped smooth things along and helped me out. (if you want me to rate the company, that's a different story all together. this is strictly a review on the broker, Ben Aaronson, to give him kudos for being calm and quiet during this otherwise chaotic mess).
