My experience is connection with the Murrieta, California office.
It has been an awful experience dealing with Western Dental, from having a 10:30 appointment to being told after 2 hours of waiting, oh we go to lunch now you'll have to come back after lunch, to being charged for missed ortho appointments that the office themselves canceled. Unprofessional office personnel, bad dentistry, a parade of dentist after dentist. After reading the reviews, it is not one location but obviously the majority that operate similarly.
Stay away from Western Dental!!!!
