We are a creative agency who have been using Vivid Color for over a year now. We have never come across any issues whatsoever, all printed results are exactly what we approve and intend to have. Whenever I have a question for prepping files, stupid or not, I always feel very comfortable asking them and they will always help me out as much as possible. Their customer service and care is like no other! We have dealt with too many other print vendors that will throw us under the bus or blame issues on us the designers. We always know we can count on Vivid Color to care for us, give us respect, and their prices beat everyone else. 5 stars all the way!
