I rented a car Sept.2011 Los Angeles (airport) could not find a shuttle bus for USAVE so I took the shuttle to the hotel next door to the Sheraton (USAVE is located in the rear of the hotel) the staff was not friendly and I waited 45min for a car once a car returned they gave me that one it was not cleaned and smelt awful I was beyond fustrated tired and just ready to get to my hotel so i rented the vehicle anyway not to mention it was the only one i could afford
I will NEVER rent from USAVE again...& neither should you!
I have yet to receive my $300 refund
