NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - TRANSPORT SERVICES
Moving my high end vehicle with Transport Services has been a disaster from start to finish. They have not lived up to a single commitment during the move. They were late to pick up the vehicle which caused me to incur hotel expenses waiting for them to arrive. When I called their "Customer Service" line I was told that technically they were not late unless they picked the car up 10 days after the contracted date. What makes my experience most aggravating is the fact that they have been unresponsive to my phone calls for status on the pick up or arrival of my vehicle. It typically takes more than 24 hours to receive a returned phone call. When I do finally receive a call back, the communication has been filled with contradictions and inconsistencies (lies). During the sales process I specifically asked if they were a broker. They responded that they were not and that they owned their own trucks. I am certain that this "company" is a brokerage and based upon my experience has no right to be in business. My household goods were shipped by United Van Lines and my experience was extremely positive. They were proactive in their communication, professional and on time. Transport Services was to deliver my car yesterday or today. They have not returned my phone call for over 24 hours, I have no idea where my automobile is or when it will be delivered.
I regret the day that I entrusted Transport Services with my automobile. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
