Today 04/14/09 this half owner James Cross came to my home 2 hours late. He then spent 51/2 hours on my dog. I would go outside from time to time to see what was taking him so long. He was so frustrated that we got into a huge argument in front of my home. James the so called groomer said my 11 year dog was not cooperating. Meaning she would not stand up for him, but I told them in advance that she was 11 years old, and that if he needed help to let me know. After 5 1/2 hours James started yelling and told me F You! He grabbed my dog and then threw his cord at me, I then pushed him back. I think I broke my thumb. I cannot believe this happened and I hope people do not use these people because if they can be this rude to the customer just think what they can do with your dog. All I want is that he never gets another license, never gets to comb or brush another dog and who knows what else he's done to other dogs. By the way James grooms outside your home but doesn't want people to walk by. James has huge issues. My dogs hair looks ridiculous too. I made a huge mistake by calling Top Dog in Huntington Beach Ca. Never again.
