tiger direct is the worst possible place to buy pc parts from. I have had two negative experiences with them. Both items came defective and both times I had to wait very long periods of time for a refund. My most recent order was over 2 weeks ago and I still have no refund. I have oredered several hundred items on the internet in the last year and Tiger is the worst customer service and the slowest on fixing a problem with their merchandise. Trust me when I tell you do not order from tiger direct!

We're sorry the merchandise was defective, though we have reputable vendors, these are instances that we'd have to bring to their attention to make sure all the appropriate quality checks took place before the merchandise was sold to us. Please contact me with your account information so I can address your concerns accordingly. As far as refunds is concerned, they are processed as soon as the merchandise is received by our warehouse, if you provide carrier proof of delivery, we will be able to determine what caused the delay if any.
