They do not deserve any stars but I was not given that option. My computer received a virus that prevented me from downloading Norton. I contacted Norton and was informed by a very pushy sales person that they needed to do a remote access to rid my computer of the virus for 99.99. I was then placed on hold to obtain my remote pin number. After over an hour on hold, their phone disconnected me and I had to call back and was again placed on hold and disconnected. I took the computer to another computer store and had the virus removed within minutes. I have contacted Norton numerous times for a refund as I did not receive any services from them and each time I am placed on hold for a lengthy amount of time only to be told that a supervisor would need to approve the refund and that they are too busy to speak with me at this time and will call me back. I have yet to receive a call from a supervisor or see a refund for a service that was not provided. Extremely poor customer service and poor communication skills. Of the 8 different people I spoke with, none of them were able to communicate effectively and no one was willing deal with the issue. Everyone passed blame onto another department and I was continuously place on hold and transferred from one person to the next. I have since changed anything having to do with Norton on my computer to another service and will NEVER purchase another Norton product again.
