I hired Sun King to put window film on the windows of my house. The owner told me there would be two men to do the work. He also told me they would arrive "first thing in the morning." Today, the day of the installation, I called Sun King at 8:30 a.m. to find out when the workers would arrive. I was told they were loading the truck. I subsequently called at least two more times prior to 10:30 a.m., as they still had not arrived. On the second call, I was told they had to cut all the materials, but should be leaving any time. On the third call, I was told, "oh, they should have been there already, they left some time ago." Only one worker arrived. I called to find out when the other worker would be here to make sure the job would be done by the end of the day and was told he would be there shortly It is now 1:30 and still no second worker. I called and asked that the owner call me and he has not done so. Needless to say, I am not pleased. The worker who showed told me they always start around 10:30 as they have to cut the material the morning of the job. If that is the case, they should tell customers that when they book a job. Poor communication, poor responsiveness. Can't comment on the quality of the work yet. I will say that the one guy doing the job has been working steady and making progress since he arrived.
