Do not give Step-N-Out your business! I purchased some insoles for my boyfriend as a gift. He had already tried this brand and did not like them. I went back 1 week later with my receipt and even though the sign clearly says "returns given within 30 days with receipt" they would not return them. Not only was the clerk very rude, he walked away from me and told me "The boss is always right." How rude!! Not a good business practice.
