Wow, I'm so glad that never took care of the insurance authorization. The reviews that I read and my own horrible experience with SmileCare in Temecula is enough to scare me. I almost let them operate on my ten year old daughter. Why is SmileCare still a business in California? It's very obvious that they bill incorrectly, or in my case bill for services that were not even done. There office staff is horrible and completely clueless. They have wasted three months of our time and have a new rating for my family. This is by far the worst medical/dental office/company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Horrible, horrible, horrible. How do we get rid of this place?
