When my daughter got an unexpected job in L.A., we suddenly needed to move some furniture from a garage in the Philly area cross-country, quickly! After two days investigating moving companies and learning that our job was too small for large companies or too big for smaller folks, or that it would take up to month for the furniture to get there, or that the prices were ridiculous, one of the larger companies referred me to ShipSmart. I must say that our entire experience with them was TERRIFIC! From my very first inquiry through the shipment and billing process, every person I spoke to there was polite and truly helpful. Their movers came to pick up the furniture on time, and were also polite and considerate - frankly, MUCH BETTER than I expected. The furniture arrived exactly on time with no damage. I paid a little extra for expedited delivery, but even with that I was afraid it might not get there on time. I was delighted when it arrived as expected, and the delivery movers did everything as promised. Because we were on a very tight timetable, it was worth the expedited delivery and I was glad that option was available. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ShipSmart. After all the horrible reviews I read about other companies, it was really nice to find a moving company that really delivered!
