This was the worst moving experience and the worst company I have ever dealt with. My wife was in the military for 8 1/2 years and has moved many, many times. She knows how moves are supposed to go, and this was far and away the worst. I should have known when they showed up to start packing and told me that they wouldn't honor the estimate and that it was going to be 3x's as much. The people you deal with are rude and completely disinterested in customer satisfaction. I just got final delivery of my stuff today - 4 weeks late. The inventory list was a joke - we are missing many things and the carelessness with which our items were handled has resulted in damage that could amount to more than we paid them to move it to California from Colorado. These people never returned phone calls or initiated any kind of correspondence to let me know when they were comming or what the status of our move was. We actually dealt with Beckons moving out of NY who apparently subcontracted the work to this company. Do not under any circumstance use this company.
