Be cautious before sending any payments to this business. Thoroughly research and ensure SOS will be able to provide the services you expect because receiving a refund is an uphill battle. I'm only leaving this review now because I was unaware of "Trustlink" until I had to go through the BBB to try and get my refund. SOS has promised via email several times that my refund would be coming, and it never has. SOS went so far as to tell me my credit card refused my refund, so I had to provide my home address so they could mail a check; this was over a month ago. Too bad there's no zero star rating, because this company is seriously lacking customer service, despite what their emails say!
