This company does not help you or do anything when their furniture causes damage. We ordered a bunch of items from them and one of those items were a sofa & loveseat set. We had our carpets cleaned 10 days before we got them and the carpets were completely dry and the pedestal for the couch and loveseat stained my carpets. I called them and they refuse to do anything to help me out. They told me that i must of split something on my carpet. There is no way that i had spilt something under every corner of both the couch and loveseat. There will not even give me a owner's name or have him call me back. They told me that they are corporately owned but they claim not to have any information to give me for their corporate office.

Our company has been in business for 11 years and we work hard to resolve any issues the customer may have. In this case the customer had their carpet cleaned an assumed it was dry. The problem is the carpet may be dry but not the pad. When heavy furniture is sat on the carpet the moisture will come up to the carpet and can stain around the contact with the furmiture.
