DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My home insurance protection company uses this company to do their repairs. I have a vacation home in Big Bear and live in LA.I needed repair on my spa. I drove up to meet them, 135 miles, for an appointment between 8 and noon in early May. They called me in BB at 11:30 to say their man would not be there until 1pm. He showed up at 2pm. Spent one hour, did not have the repair part, the heater, even though he could have bought one at one of the spa companies in BB and repaired it on the spot. He said he had to order one. I made another appointment for Friday May 27th, for between 12 and 5pm. Again drove up to BB just for the repair. They called me at 2:30pm at BB to cancel the appointment for that day with the excuse that he just could not make it. This company is unreliable and thinks nothing of the people they are serving because they have a contract with Home Protection and we have to use them. If your home protection company wants you to use them "DON'T" ask for someone else.
