Platinum Consulting is a Rip Off. They did not supply me with rentals in the area I stated on my agreement, but ensure me they did have rentals in my selected area. "Customer Service" wants me to supply them with all their listing within the 90 day contract period/utility bills/rental agreement in order for me to get my refund within 10 days of my expiration date.
Often times when I called to get the listings, I was told "Customer Service" is busy or they left for the day (before 5:00 pm). Posted hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, Real Estate Board and law enforcement agencies. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMM COMPANY!
