I hired Plan Spec to remodel my bathroom in La Crescenta. They completely gutted it and put in gorgeous tile, the shower I dreamed of and I am very happy with the work they did. The owner Jim Smith was involved in the project from start to finish. They were always in contact with me as to the progress of the work. I liked the fact that they were responsive, high quality of work, timeliness of work, and open lines of communication. This was a very positive experience in dealing with this company from start to finish. I re-hired Plan-Spec for the remodel of the north wing of my house; family room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bath. I found Jim Smith to be very patient me and was very easy to work with. The work was completed on time, which was important to us. They stayed within our budget and again, I liked the quality of the work. All in All I definitely recommend them. They are reliable contractors.
