I really like Netflix. I've been a member since 2005. I have never had a problem with the service. I think the best thing about Netflix is that they ship really fast! I mail a DVD (or 2) In, they acknowledge receipt by email early in the morning (3am or 4am). That's only 10 hours after I mailed it (if I mail by 5 or 6pm). Then they send the next DVD right away! Very efficient. In the last 5 years, I've received between 7 to 10 unplayable DVDs. It has not been a problem. You simply go to their website (in your account), indicate it's damaged, and they send out another DVD the next day. For people who like to order new releases of popular movies or TV shows, there may be a wait. I very seldom order the popular stuff, so I don't have an issue. The only thing that is a bit of a downside is that many older documentaries, music videos/concerts, or made-for-TV type movies all become unavailable. And Netflix does not know when they're going to get them. I have like 50 of this type just sitting in my Queue as availability UNKNOWN. Old TV shows as well - in which I'm waiting for the next season to release, there is no release date. But overall, the service is good with Netflix. DVDs arrive fast and there is lots and lots of movies, TV shows, music, documentaries to choose from. My Queue has over 150 AVAILABLE titles all ready to ship. I only wish I had more time to watch, but as more stuff comes out, my Queue only tends to grow rather than shrink. I think I will be entertained forever! Thanks Netflix!
