I have played the game Conquer Online since the game was released. The moment they started selling DragonBalls on the website, the game started getting worse. Once the company realized how much money they could make off people buying these items, they stopped caring about game quality.
There has always been a problem with hacking and botting in game, but the company has made no action against stopping or preventing cheating from taking place. It usually takes a day or two after a patch to get the cheats working again, thus solving nothing.
One personal incident was when one of my characters got hacked. I filed a report with all the proper information, and it took them weeks before they replied. When they did reply, they informed me they knew who did it, but did nothing to that person. They returned some of my items, some items that never were mine, and others were never returned at all. Their customer service has never been up to par, and as of late, it has been downright horrid.
The company will not reply to any emails made by the players, only sends back automated replies with their customer service email on them. Their live help is a complete joke, none of them speak English, and the broken English is hard to understand, not to mention they can't answer the simplest of questions put to them. Calling their phone number results in more of the same.
Each time more content is introduced into the game, it is beneficial to the bulkers, not to the players who do not buy codes off the website. The new content allows those that buy better equipment and a better edge over those who do not buy. All in all, the game is not equal to all players.
I give this game a 1 star rating, only because 1 star is the lowest possible. If I could go lower, I would, as this game is a complete waste of space on any computer I own, the game is easily hacked by anyone (even if you don't know how to hack to begin with), and only favors people that buy 20 or more codes.
