I signed up with NTR in November 2009 ... cost ultimately $3600.00. Was promised they could help me. Took them forever to get anything done with limited success. But it appears there was just enough sucess to keep me off their case. Then about November of 2010 it seems they (according to them) had a resolution where I would pay a monthly fee on interest and penalty till June of 2011. At which time they would take up my case again to get penalty and most of interest removed, leaving me with mostly the principle. Just found out they are no longer in business and apparantly cannot be reached. have tried to email, but from other reviews am not hopeful. Does anyone know where Richard Boggs is? Was he ever a real person or just an alias name? Have we been scammed? Is there any chance of getting our money back? ...or any resolution, for that matter?
