This company is a scam. They pretended to be a division of my bank, and could process my modification. After giving them my information, they told me I was "approved" and they would send out my packages. I had made it clear in advance that my properties were rentals and they said it was no problem. When I received the documents, there were forms requiring me to state that the properties were my residence (second homes - 4 of them???) I have attempted numerous times to reach someone there and now that they have my money I cannot reach anyone. When you try to call you get stuck in an endless voicemail maze. I sent a certified letter to the address shown and it came back address unknown. DO NOT PAY THEM.
