Don't do business with Nancy. She will sell you on taking only a 35% commission, but in reality she will take 100% because she doesn't fulfill her agreements. She appears to prey on the elderly. Be careful. Her quiet, caring demeanor is deceptive. I gave her one star, only because I didn't have an option to give her no star.
Keep searching and reading. There are other similar reviews of nonpayments from Nancy from other web reviews.
