I also had an extremly negative experience w Nancy/ Too much to elaborate at this point. Briefly, she accepted my merchandise and when I asked for a print out of the inventory .It was handwritten, inaccurate and described as # of pieces instead of what they were..
Many were missing..When I inquired, she could not find a large box of items I brought in , then I called back and they were found, I said I would come in to pick up and was , upon arrival I was told they were sold and found some of them in the store and not on inventory list.
I called numerous times and as Brad's review ststed , no return calls or when she said she would call I wouldn't receive a call.
She told me she pays consigners 1x a month.. It has been 4 months and I have not recieved anything ..Called her back well over a month ago and still nothing.
Two of the times I spoke w Nancy,( when the items were missing or the lack of knowing waht was going on .. I was patient, but concerned and she raised her voice and became patronizing.
I am extremly concerned abbout the elderly population that I have seen in the store utilizing her consigment services.
This week I plan on calling the Better business Bureau, Chamber of Commerence and Ombudsman..to protect others.
