They might be doing a good job at business incentive travel, but for leisure and corporate travel they miss the mark. The agents do not know what they are doing and there are bookings that you can't event change and modify even if you were willing to pay a fee.
Did anyone notice that many good reviews on here are from their own employees or contractors?? Stacking the review.

It is now March 22, 2011 and Angela has not responded to our request to contact us to help resolve her unfavorable comment. We can only assume the initial comment was possibly inaccurate.
