Montery car wash dameged my rims ($2,500 dollar rims) when
i brought this to the managers attention he immidiately refused to
help in any kind of way and was rude. The rims on the car were not cleaned and it was poorly washed. The maneger didnt even offer to give me a refund. The employees are rude and do not pay attention to detail. I would never reccomed anyone to get their vehicle washed at the indicated car wash. It took approximately
fortyfive minutes to an hour to get my car washed and returned..damaged....
They definately need to work on paying attention to detail and
customer service!!!!!!!
