I read reviews about the company, but still decided to go forward with them as I thought, maybe, I will not get a bad order, Now? Boy had I wish I listened to the reviews. Everything went well with the order, (Sony projector lamp for TV) - fit perfect... thought, it all went well. 5 months later, I start getting the message on my TV to replace the bulb!?? I travel a ton for work, so I did not get a chance to send it back before my 6 month mark... I thought I would be able to, and sadly, they received it literally 2 days after the 6 month warranty! I received an email stating that I was past my "warranty" and that they would ship it back to since they would not send a replacement. That was 1 month ago, and still nothing. Have sent several emails, calls... never go through. Then I receive an email stating they have it on "back order" and unfortunately, it wouldn't be back for another 16 days! ?? Now i'm really confused because why or what is on back order? My original one is the one that was being sent back? I quickly replied, in which they responded saying... "never mind, it was sent to you today." That was 2 weeks ago, and still nothing. I've been sending several emails, waiting on their so called "live chat room" for hours, to just never get through. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, and avoid the frustration you will experience. This is the price you pay for trying to pay for something "less"! Let this be a lesson learned.
