This company is not reliable at all. I ordered a TV lamp from them back in December 12, 2009. It is January 5, 2010 right now. They never shipped the item. In return they have issued a fake tracking number. I contacted FedEx and they confirmed they have just issued the tracking number without actually shipping the item.
I then opened a dispute through PayPal but they didn't respond to me. These guys are not reliable at all. My recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM LAPTOPSFORLESS.COM
I wonder why you have rated them as a reliable company. Your reliability would also be under question. If you look at other reviews you will find a group of unhappy customers.
Please remove the reliability tag as it is extremely misleading.
