Item ordered was shipped delivery confirmation and was never delivered to my door or signed for despite the tracking info. I tried to call them to inquire about problem, but there was no response. Item showed up 1 week later and not in working order. I left 8 messages on their customer service line, sent 2 emails, and filed a dispute with Paypal. They've never responded at all. I have not been able to contact them even though the item has a 90-day warranty. I just want a refund like is promised in their policies on their website. Their “money-back guarantee” is to contact them for a return authorization if you are not satisfied; however, that has been impossible after trying for over a month.
