I have called the telephone numbers on the invoice and on the web sites. I have emailed the company to every address I could find or was given on the phone numbers I called. I got a battery that will not hold a charge and I have not gotten a response from the company yet. Do not buy anything from this company, open your window and throw your money out instead. You will have just as much luck that way. I would give them an F
