This company has failed to deliver a battery, charged my credit card, and doesn't not offer customer service that can respond to my email or phone calls. Laptops for Less means less than fair business practices. They are out of the battery I ordered and never bothered to tell me, the customer service rep I talked with is quitting, and accounting is stalling on crediting my credit card. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company.
