I ordered a cremation vault from this company to bury my father in. After 21 days, no delivery of the vault, several phone calls where I had to leave messages on an answering machine and numerous emails later, I have filed a claim through Paypal.
Please folks, don't order from this company. Save yourselves the hassle. Times of loss are difficult enough let alone having to deal with a company that preys on your emotional distress and takes your money for the item that you must bury your loved one in and then not send it or respond? I do not recommend this company to anyone.
