Horrible! Go anywhere else but here. My fiancé damaged her car in a parking structure. She got 3 bids. As part of the damage she was looking to have a prior scrape repaired that was in the immediate vicinity of the new damage. All 3 shops agreed to include this as part of the repair. She selected Jim and Jacks. Lo and behold when the car was ready, the repair was not made. You had to see it to believe it. They literally painted right up to the scratch and stopped. We couldn’t believe it! When my fiancé called they of course denied they had agreed to the prior arrangement, then went on to give us their weak excuse but of course offered us their up-sell to repair it for another fee.
The final insult-to-the-injury was when we used a credit card to pay the deductible charge and discovered fraudulent charges on the card . The card had little activity on it and the fact that it was used on one day at Jim and Jacks and the next day it has fraudulent charges for $570.00? Coincidence? It was it obvious to us where the theft had occurred. Of course we canceled the credit card and spoke with the card issuer but as a point of concern for others we decided to contact the owner of the company. I was not allowed to speak to the owner but instead passed to a female manager who immediately went on the defensive, effectively denying they had anything to do with it. She refuted anything I had to say. I felt like I was talking to the fox in the hen house. The only point of the call was to alert them. I should have been thanked, not defended against. A simple, thank you for alerting us, we will look into it would have gone a lot further than the attitude that came through the handset. By call’s end it was strongly apparent how business is conducted and how client’s are treated by the employees at Jim and totally Jacked!
Go somewhere else! You’ve been warned.
