I ordered a pair of Inline hockey skates for my son. This was one of the few websites that carried his size. After fifteen days, I finally received an email from the company telling me that the order was being processed. Six hours later, I received another email telling me that the order was cancelled, but have yet to mention anything about the return of my money ($121.98) When I checked on the hockeydogs.com website, they have a note stating they are under new ownership and orders could still be received until May 1. I called their contact number, and it has been disconnected. Today is April 22, so I'm not sure why the order was cancelled, nor am I sure why I can't get ahold of anyone from their company. I would not recommend doing business with this company until at least the new ownership is given a few positive reviews. In my experience, 15 days is too long to wait for an online order to start being processed.
