I ordered an "Ultra Ear Sound Amplifier" from Harbor Freight Tools. It took three weeks for me to get it. I am in Tennessee and it was shipped from Camarillo, CA. It didn't work. I called Customer service and was told that he would have to send me a return container and when I received this container I was to return the defective divice. When Harbor Freight Tools received the defective device they would send me a new device. I was billed for this product the day that I ordered it. By the time I get a replacement, it will have been greater than two months. When I complained to the Customer Service Rep., he hung the phone up on me. Harbor Freight Tools has shown absolutelly NO concern for customer satisfaction. Since this happened to me, I have found numberous other similar complaints listed on the Web about Harbor Freight Tools.....
