SCAM to the highest degree.
I paid for the "Book" that they show is for sale on the TV adds on... So I paid $1.99 for the book on May 03, 2010, then found another charge for $9.99 for something else that the customer services couldn't specify then within 30 days they charged my card another $89.99. When I called to demand a reverse on the charges customer service argued that I should have read and understood that I was buying more than just a book. I asked for his supervisor and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and hung up on. Called back again and was hung up on. Called back for a third time, got the agents name and ID # Dennis X571. Dennis told me that he would reverse the charges and that I would be receiving a confirmation by email within ten minutes. A confirmation of cancellation came, but we didn't receive a confirmation that the funds would be returned. I immediately called my bank and they have put the disputes through and the money will be back in my account in less than 3 days. Do Not Trust This Company!
