Danielle got out to a great start with our team. Danielle was straightforward, smart, and an amazing influence. Instead of just going through the spreadsheets, she broke everything down, showing us where each piece of information came from and why it mattered on the sheet. She spent as much time as we needed, patiently explaining every detail. With her and Stephens help we totally revamped how we handle our internal reporting and added a lot of accountability on our staff that did not exist before. In the future it should be easier to really pinpoint where we are having our most serious issues instead of wasting weeks dissecting everything.
