This company is exemplary. We recently had our well go out, and this company went out of its way in order to bring our water service back on line. The company was already booked through the next week, but they insisted on coming over after their other scheduled jobs, in order to help us out. The first night, they came over at around 6:30PM, did some troubleshooting for about an hour (which gave us partial water service), and gave us some corrective actions we could do on our own (i.e. without having to pay them). Unfortunately, my ineptitude got the better of us, and my corrective actions caused further damage. We called them early the next day, with another cry for help. Again, they were booked through the day, but they said they would come over after they finished their previously booked job. Their other job ran long, but true to their word, they dropped by at 9PM and worked until the problem was resolved.
In our experience, very few companies (or even friends) would go to this much effort to make sure a family has running water in the middle of winter.
I cannot give a strong enough endorsement for this company...God Bless them!
