I have been signed up through Gamefly for about a year now, wouldn't recommend anyone wasting money on Gamefly until the company can shape up. They have a shipping facility 6 hours away from me and it still takes them a week to get my game (or so the website says) and a week or more for me to receive the one they have shipped out. I have sent complaints asking them why it takes so long and all they can do is blame it on the post office. My game queue always shows that a game is at my home 3 days before I ever receive the game. This isn't the only problem I have with them, they always go out of order when sending games from the game queue. I would have a game on my list as number one and it will say available then when they finally show that they have the game I sent back, they will ship out the 3rd or 4th game on my list instead of the first one. I would have canceled my account the first month I used it but my wife insists on keeping it.
