Worst car rental experience ever. The car had 16,000 miles on it but ran like it had 150,000 miles. LA freeways were scary when the car sputtered at odd moments. The shuttle was few and far between. Also, I left some items in the car caused they rushed us when we dropped the car off. They have not returned phone calls and the extension number given to me by corporate office hangs up on me. I am so frustrated... And they try to scare you into buying insurance when you have coverage.
