I went to their collision center for my car accident, the front right bumper and light was damaged, but the car was drivable. I waited 3 weeks to have my car fixed, and when I called them to know when I can pick up my car, they told me they can not release my car because they didn't get the all the checks from my insurance company. I called my insurance company and they accidentally issued a check to a wrong body shop, so they will reissue one to Fletcher Jones. Fletcher Jones still refuse to release my car knowing they will get the check from my insurance company because of "timing issue". I feel, as a consumer I have been treated w/ absolutely no rights! whose fault is it that they didn't receive their checks? mine?
