Yeah, I am one of those First Mortgage West has relieved of around $14,000. (It could have been more....) The amount was asked as part of a refinancing process under the head of Asset Verification....and never returned.
The BBB rating the company shows (A+) is meaningless--BBB says they gave them an F rating! And BBB won't do anything for you. If they give you the Attorney General number, don't bother caling outside CA!
A lot of the people at FMW have a British accent. They evidently moved to the Land of Opportunity!
