Quality of service was superb! I truly thought I had lost everything when my old computer crashed but John, with his vast knowledge & determination was able to make full recovery of all my files including 400 years of my family genealogy. He transferred all my files, set me up on my new computer, & now I'm ready to go. Needless to say I was thrilled, & I learned one major lesson, BACKUP!!!! I would highly recommend Fast Teks to anyone having computer difficulties. Their prompt, thorough, & courteous customer service was outstanding.
