We were impressed with the focus on customer service and the absence of corner cutting when Mark from Engineered Comfort consulted with us for our HVAC needs. Though certainly not the low bid, we went with this company for our new AC and furnace because of Mark's committment to customer service. The products were installed with no problems and, nearly a year later, still no problems. The only issue we have is the lack of customer service once the deal is done. We had contacted the company about our product rebates and the return calls always took days to come. In fact, we are attempting to purchase an extended warranty now and can't get the company to contact us after two phone calls and an email. It is frustrating because the promotion of customer service seems now but a sales pitch meant to dupe us into siging with Engineered Comfort. A simple "we receieved your call and we are looking into your request" would suffice to keep us happy. We want the customer service to go beyond the install.
