Echavarria Construction has been on our "complimentary contractors list" for the Barstow Facelift Program for several years. This is one company that we have never received any complaints on getting the work completed, returning calls, always polite to the client and being on time. The Barstow Facelift Program is a home improvement program for exterior work only, which includes: landscaping, stucco, roof, fence, paint, windows, and doors just to name a few. Echavarria has been viable contractor for our program.
