I am a very satisfied customer. This is the only dealership I have been to that does not have any pressure sales people. They explained to me everything and offered every type of service to better my automobile buying experience. They also offered to get prices on my insurance for my new vehicle. They first asked me to get a quote from some where else and I did and the difference was great. The BMW X5 I purchased from them was a lease return which was in excellent condition and most of their vehicles were lease returns, which I preffer because I find them to be more better kept than others. Three months later one of my tires got a nasty nail stuck in it. I called them just to ask them where I can take it to get it fixed, THEY OFFERED TO DO IT FOR ME!!! Which they did and I am very pleased with their service and the purchase I made. I reffered this dealership to all of my friends and neighbors, they too are very satisfied.
